Water Project

When i attended the Water Synopsis i learned about how water can effect us through art, environment, chemicals, and politically. When thinking how i would integrate water into my secondary social studies classes i though maybe a chapter on the lives of the medieval times to now and their nutrition advantages would be a good idea. I remember watching a history episode on the medieval societies of Europe and their main source of fluids was ale, or what we call beer. Water was either short in supply, contaminated, or was being stored up in case of an attack on the castle. I can show my students how water shortages effected certain defensive and offensive tactics during wars. Then i will move on to show how water has become a important substance in our lives today.
